The Watch D2 has a robust yet lightweight design with dimensions of 48 x 38 x 13.3 mm and weighs approximately 40 grams without the strap. Its case is made of aluminum alloy with a thick metallic casing available in Phantom Night Black and Dawn Gold finishes. The watch features a fluoroelastomer strap with a skin-friendly TPU air cushion for comfort. It includes a rotating crown, a function button, and an ECG button for easy navigation and quick access to health features. The watch is IP68-rated for dust and water resistance, suitable for everyday wear and workouts.

Display
It sports a 1.82-inch AMOLED touchscreen with a resolution of 480 x 408 pixels, 347 PPI, and peak brightness of 1500 nits for clear visibility in various lighting conditions. The display supports full touch gestures, an Always-On Display mode, and customizable watch faces for personalization. The screen is protected by durable glass and offers smooth interaction through swipe and tap controls.

Health and Fitness Features
The Huawei Watch D2 is equipped with an inflatable cuff for precise blood pressure measurement, including 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) with interval measurements and rhythm analysis. It also features ECG monitoring, heart rate tracking, SpO2 measurement, skin temperature sensing, sleep tracking with breathing analysis, stress monitoring, and arterial stiffness assessment. The watch supports over 80 sports modes and uses Huawei’s TruSense system for accurate health data. It offers Health Glance 2.0 for one-click health assessments and personalized workout recommendations to reduce cardiovascular risks.

Smart Lifestyle Features
The watch supports Bluetooth calling, enabling users to take calls directly on the device. It includes NFC for contactless payments, notifications for calls, messages, and apps, music controls, weather updates, alarms, timers, and a Find Phone feature. The interface combines touchscreen gestures with physical buttons for intuitive control. It is compatible with HarmonyOS 2, Android 8.0+, and iOS 13.0+ devices.

Battery and Charging
The Huawei Watch D2 houses a 524 mAh battery that provides up to 6 days of typical usage and about 1 day when the ABPM feature is continuously active. It supports wireless charging via a magnetic cradle, fully charging in approximately 2 hours. Battery life varies depending on usage intensity and enabled features.
